Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy is 14 days. If you are not completely happy with your item you may opt for a store credit, exchange your item to something else or opt for a refund. You have 14 days to return an unused item from date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with its tags intact.
Some items are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:
Underwear
Hair accessories
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Clothes that have been worn, or that the tags have been removed, may not be returned.
Hair accessories cannot be returned for hygienic purposes.
Options for Returns:
Local Returns
Option 1
we may collect the item at your doorstep or from your preferred address, using our own courier. If you choose this option, a charge of Euro 5 (€) will apply. The fee must be paid directly to the courier on collection of your item.

Option 2
You may choose to return your package with any courier of your choice or the local post if a tracked service is used. All postage fees are to be paid by customer.
Please note that returns are only accepted by courier since we are an online shop and do not have a physical bricks and mortar store.
International Returns
Option 1
Should you wish for us to arrange a return through DHL click here to fill in the online return form with your details and enclose a copy in the parcel. A minimum charge of Eur30 (€) applies including administrative and courier expenses. Charges will vary according to the shipping country and the volume of the package to be returned. All charges are to be paid in advance.
Items are to be returned undamaged including all labels and hangers and in their original packaging.

Option 2
If you would like to return your package with any courier of your choice or the local post, a tracked service or registered post is to be used. All postage fees are to be paid by customer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@littlekingdomboutique.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Important Points
Items are to be returned in their original undamaged condition with all the packaging, labels and boxes.
Returns are to be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received beyond this period will not be accepted.
We recommend using a courier service for faster, secure and more reliable service. A tracking order confirmation is recommended.
Items not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted.
A refund will not be issued in case of returns that do not meet our return policy.
We recommend that garment care instructions are always followed. We will not accept returns of any items which are returned as faulty if the item is damaged due to negligence and the garment care instructions have not been followed.
If the shipping items total adds up to €75 and more, we recommend you use a trackable courier service and that you purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
